We are looking for a Kitchen & Wardrobe Project Estimator with extensive experience in high-value kitchen and wardrobe projects, preferably in the luxury residential, hospitality, or specialist fit-out sectors.
The candidate should have hands-on experience in estimation, technical costing, BOQ preparation, quantity takeoffs, and quotation preparation, with the ability to interpret architectural and technical drawings and translate project requirements into accurate commercial proposals.
Experience with European/German kitchen and wardrobe brands/systems will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations for kitchen and wardrobe projects.
- Review architectural, interior design and technical drawings.
- Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs for cabinetry, hardware, worktops, accessories, appliances and installation.
- Calculate material, labour, installation, logistics and other project costs.
- Analyse supplier quotations and negotiate where required.
- Prepare commercial proposals based on project specifications and client requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, Projects, Procurement and suppliers.
- Review design changes and update project costing accordingly.
- Support the project team during handover from estimation to execution.
- Maintain updated costing databases and supplier price lists.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Kitchen & Wardrobe Estimation/Project Costing.
- Proven experience handling high-value kitchen and wardrobe projects.
- Strong knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, cabinetry, hardware, worktops, appliances and accessories.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior and technical drawings.
- Hands-on experience with Metron, Winner, Fusion 2020 or similar kitchen planning/estimation software.
- Strong Excel and costing skills.
- Experience preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs and detailed project quotations.

- UAE/GCC experience.

This is a Kitchen & Wardrobe Estimator role and not a Quantity Surveyor position. Candidates whose primary experience is in general construction QS/estimation, civil, MEP or general joinery, without direct kitchen and wardrobe estimation experience, will not be considered
